If you go to a southern school with a large football culture, you know that gameday fashion is a top priority. Each gameday has different factors that influence what you wear. For example, an early season game is going to be a lot warmer than a game towards the end of the season so you will have different outfits! So, I’m going to review some of the best gameday outfits for fall 2021!

Dress and Sandals

The dress and sandals combo is awesome for those super hot first games of the season. There are so many great options from small businesses for dresses. You could also do a cute shirt and skirt combo! These outfits are going to be ideal because of the ease of getting ready. Especially in the hot weather, you want something easy and low maintenance. In terms of sandals, these vary based on your style. Some girls love the Tory Birch sandals, others love Birkenstocks! But my favorite trendy sandals of this year are the platform sandals. They add some height for your look and are still super easy to wear all day. I am linking some cute options here!

Jersey and Shorts

Wearing a jersey and shorts is a lowkey, comfortable outfit that still shows your team support!! I love wearing this outfit when I don’t feel like putting in as much effort or if I know I’m going to be outside most of the day! You could wear denim or even bike shorts for supreme comfort!! I love this outfit and it still looks so cute if you wear cute jewelry with it! In terms of shoes, you could wear some sneakers or sandals! Either one would look super cute with this outfit.

Flare Jeans and Crop Top

Flare jeans and a crop top is going to be a great transitional outfit for when it gets a bit cooler. I like the bootcut jeans rather than extreme flairs, but some people are definitely more extra than me. My favorite jeans are from Levi’s and I will show them here. You could do so many different crop top options, whether it’s a long sleeve, or short sleeve! You could even do a cropped t-shirt and this would look so cute!

Custom Denim Jackets

This is my FAVORITE trend of this year and it also is best for supporting small businesses! I love the oversized jean jacket that is painted with your team’s logo or phrase! I will find some photos from Pinterest for some inspiration and I will also link some small businesses that you can shop from to get your custom jacket. I really can’t wait to get one of these and I will be placing an order soon.
