As a child of successful entrepreneurs, I have learned how much effort and energy owning a business requires. It is NOT for the faint of heart! So, as I’ve grown up and earned more of my own money, I try to be super conscious of where I spend it. Now, I am certainly not perfect in that regard, even during my Christmas shopping this year, but I do think it is important to shop with small businesses as much as I can! The Tiny Closet is one of my favorite accounts to follow on Instagram because they are always coming up with new ideas to keep shoppers entertained and updated on the store. Also, the owner Taylor, is a pageant friend so I love to see her doing what she loves! Not only is she unique in how she shares her products, she finds the most unique and iconic pieces for her store. Taylor’s Pawsome Shop is IDEAL for the dog moms in your life! I included several of her pieces on my Dog Mom Gift Guide linked here. This small business ships out of Georgia and makes such incredible quality pet gear. I get several of Bentley’s bandanas from here! She also does custom stickers and cups! Recently, she launched clothing with dog mom phrases and they are absolutely ADORABLE! I hope someone gets me something from her this Christmas.
Up next is Disco. Disco is a local Chattanooga boutique with unique styles and adorable models! I heard from a friend that two girls started this boutique in college! How cool?!? Grace and Edge is another awesome small business because they offer something for everyone. Their styles have a little “grace” and a little “edge” if you know what I mean! They have extremely reasonable prices, great customer service, and an awesome ambassador program! I used to be one and it was very generous. I would recommend shopping here for cute and casual staple pieces. Everything they offer is excellent quality.
